- Others who cannot speak for themselves
Story Submission Guidelines
Your Story, Your Choice
When you share a story, you control:
- Visibility: Private (only you), Advocates Only, or Public
- Anonymity: Share with your name or anonymously
- Media: Text, audio, or video format
- Removal: Request removal at any time
Content Standards
Stories must:
- Be truthful and authentic to your experience
- Not incite violence or hatred
- Not contain illegal content
- Respect the privacy of others mentioned
Safety Review
Before stories are made public, our team reviews them to ensure they don't inadvertently put you or others at risk. We may:
- Remove identifying information that could endanger you
- Suggest edits to protect your safety
- Reach out to verify stories involving urgent safety concerns
Advocate Responsibilities
Advocates who register to amplify stories agree to:
- Respect privacy: Only share stories according to the storyteller's consent level
- Maintain dignity: Present stories with respect, not sensationalism
- Verify identity: Provide accurate information about yourself and organization
- Act ethically: Use the platform for genuine advocacy, not personal gain
- Protect sources: Never reveal anonymous storytellers without explicit permission
Campaign Guidelines
When creating campaigns on Voiceless Quest:
- Campaigns must advocate for genuine causes aligned with our mission
- Petition goals should be realistic and achievable
- Campaign creators are responsible for accurate representation
- Signature collection must be transparent and honest
- We reserve the right to remove campaigns that violate our values
Facility Reporting
Reports about care facilities (nursing homes, hospitals, group homes) are handled with care:
- Reports can be submitted anonymously
- We may forward reports to appropriate authorities (ombudsmen, regulatory bodies)
- False reports made with malicious intent may result in account termination
- We are not a substitute for emergency services—call 911 for immediate dangers
Translation Services
Our translation network helps stories reach broader audiences:
- AI-assisted translations are provided as a starting point
- Human translators verify and refine translations
- Translators agree to preserve the meaning and dignity of original stories
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect translations
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your stories. By submitting content, you grant Voiceless Quest a license to use, display, and share your story according to your chosen visibility settings.
Platform Content
The Voiceless Quest name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Amplification tools and templates we provide may be used for non-commercial advocacy purposes.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Submit false or fabricated stories
- Harass storytellers or advocates
- Violate content guidelines repeatedly
- Misuse the platform for commercial gain
- Attempt to identify anonymous storytellers
We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately to protect our community.
Disclaimers
- Not legal advice: Our platform connects advocates but does not provide legal counsel. Consult qualified professionals for legal matters.
- No emergency services: We are not equipped to handle emergencies. Contact local authorities for immediate assistance.
- Third-party actions: We cannot control how external parties (media, authorities, the public) respond to shared stories.

Limitation of Liability
